جنان تطبيق أدعية وزيارات وقرآن كريم يعمل بدون إنترنت. جميع النصوص مخزّنة داخل التطبيق نفسه، ولا يحتاج التطبيق إلى اتصال بالشبكة لعرض أي دعاء أو سورة أو وقت صلاة.
لا نستخدم أي أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات إعلانية، ولا نبيع أي بيانات، ولا نعرض إعلانات.

يمكنك استخدام التطبيق بالكامل دون إنشاء حساب. إذا اخترت إنشاء حساب، نحفظ بريدك الإلكتروني وكلمة مرور مشفّرة واسمك إن أدخلته، وذلك لغرض واحد: مزامنة المفضّلة والعلامات وإعدادات القراءة بين أجهزتك.
يمكنك أيضاً إنشاء الحساب عبر Google أو Apple. في هذه الحالة نستلم من المزوّد معرّفاً ثابتاً لحسابك وبريدك الإلكتروني واسمك إن شاركته — ولا نستلم كلمة مرورك ولا أي شيء آخر من حسابك هناك. لا نحفظ كلمة مرور لهذه الحسابات إطلاقاً.
إذا استخدمت «إخفاء بريدي الإلكتروني» من Apple، فلن نرى عنوانك الحقيقي — بل عنوان تحويل خاص بالتطبيق، وهو ما نحفظه.
عند سحب الإذن من إعدادات Apple أو حذف حساب Apple، يُخطرنا Apple ونفصل الربط تلقائياً. تبقى مفضّلتك كما هي، ويمكنك طلب حذفها بالكامل عبر البريد أدناه.
عند تفعيل الإشعارات نسجّل رمز الإشعارات (push token) ونوع نظام التشغيل. يُستخدم هذا لإرسال الإعلانات العامة فقط. أما تنبيهات الأذان والأدعية اليومية فتُجدوَل محلياً على جهازك لتعمل بدون إنترنت. يمكنك إيقاف الإشعارات في أي وقت من إعدادات النظام.
عند الإبلاغ عن خطأ في نص أو ترجمة، نستلم رسالتك والنص المُبلَّغ عنه ونوع الجهاز وإصدار التطبيق — وبريدك الإلكتروني فقط إن أدخلته لنتمكن من الرد.
نستخدم Expo Push Notifications وFirebase Cloud
Messaging (على أندرويد) لتوصيل الإشعارات، وApple Push
Notification service على iOS. تلاوات القرآن تُبَث من
cdn.islamic.network، والأدعية الصوتية من
ijenan.com.
إذا اخترت تسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو Apple، فإن عملية التحقق تتم مع Google أو Apple مباشرة، وتخضع لسياسة خصوصية كل منهما. لا نشارك أي بيانات معهما عدا ما يلزم للتحقق من هويتك.
لحذف حسابك وكل ما يرتبط به، راسلنا على [email protected] من البريد المسجَّل. يُنفَّذ الحذف خلال ٣٠ يوماً. حذف التطبيق وحده يزيل كل شيء محفوظ محلياً على الجهاز.
لا نجمع بيانات من الأطفال عن قصد، ولا يتطلب التطبيق أي بيانات شخصية لاستخدامه.

Jenan is an offline app for supplications, ziyarat and the Quran. The entire corpus ships inside the app; no network connection is needed to read anything or to see prayer times.
We use no analytics or advertising trackers, sell no data, and show no ads.

The app is fully usable without an account. If you create one we store your email, a hashed password and your name if you provide it, for one purpose: syncing favourites, bookmarks and reading preferences across your devices.
If you enable notifications we store a push token and your platform, used only for general announcements. Athan and daily-dua reminders are scheduled locally on your device so they fire without a network. You can disable notifications at any time in system settings.
When you report a mistake in a text we receive your message, the text concerned, your platform and app version — and your email address only if you choose to enter it.
We use Expo Push Notifications and Firebase

recitations stream from cdn.islamic.network; supplication
audio from ijenan.com.
To delete your account and everything attached to it, email [email protected] from your registered address. Deletion completes within 30 days. Uninstalling the app removes everything stored locally.
We do not knowingly collect data from children, and the app requires no personal data to use.
